ECQA Ambassadors are persons with outstanding success record on an international level, which are selected because of their substantial contribution to ECQA and their support to create a European vision of collaboration based on a joint educational and certification strategy on the market.

The ECQA has become a world-wide organisation with representatives in more than 20 countries. Certificates are issued in all European countries as well as other continents such as Canada, USA, South Africa, Russia, Thailand, South America and more for exam organizations, training organisations and trainers.

In 2011 (supported by the EU project dEUcert) we started to establish regional contact centers to allow local industry and research to link up with ECQA by getting support from local representatives/contact centers. Thus an ambassador schema was developed, which outlines the main contact persons per area.
